Shilpa, enrolled in swabhovik in year 2004, when she was 3 years old. She has cleared her 12th board examination. We gave her training on Tally ERP 9/ Accounting package. She also assist her father in running his “Rajan Snack Bar”, Powered by swabhovik. Our focus is to reduce the dropout rate by imparting skills during schooling.
Sudan, enrolled in swabhovik in year 2009, when he was 8 years old. We admitted him in Kg. When he reached 3rd class, he was 13 years old. From 3rd class we promoted him to 7th class, just like that. It was not that he was very good in studies- the reason was he was lagging behind. Now, he is handsome, polite young boy in 10th class. He is running our Dance Academy powered by swabhovik and makes money as part time.

Debzyni Bera, used to live in the adjoining factory of Swabhovik. She lost her father, in 2014, and was finding hardship for a place to live. Since than she along with her mother are living in Swabhovik compound without rent. She was given training in academics and used to teach school children now she is confirmed employee in our group company “ Maxpro Intellithon Ltd.” And Drawing Salary of Rs.18000.
